Food Technology Study Program was established at September 4, 2012 and had become the first study program in Agricultural Sciences Department at Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Diponegoro University.

Based on accreditation program held by Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Republic of Indonesia, the study program of Food Technology successfully achieved their quality assurance in higher education accreditation system as “B”.


To educate the graduates for professionally accomplish in the field of food science and technology, especially in the development on local food without neglecting the global food science and technology which is environmental friendly with the addition on the capability of entrepreneurship and marketing management in order to realize the welfare of society.
